Been taking this for years, got a sample from the founder and have tried every one . This is my favorite but the non-stim version is my second favorite for evening workouts. Best flavor in my opinion but they all taste good enough not to be picky (unless you don't like black cherry). Taking the stimulant version has not been to much with ADHD medication as well, no jitters. Tingly muscles and bright clear focus with no anxiety. Thank you for the awesome products
